Can't log in to the Support Center?

All new members who register for a Support Center account are sent a verification e-mail to verify that they were the ones who requested the account to be set up. You need to locate the verification e-mail and click on the link you will find in the e-mail. Failure to do so will prevent you from logging in to your account. Any attempt to log in or change your e-mail or password will fail. If you try to re-register using the same e-mail, it will fail as the e-mail address already exists. Look in your Inbox or Junk folder for the verification e-mail and click on the link.
